An INSEAD alumnus, Vikas comes with over 25 years of versatile track record of successful runs in diverse businesses from a small Indian enterprise to GE, running his startup, India Today Group, and Eli Global. Over the years, he has managed P & Ls, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and HR. He has been performance driven, entrepreneurial and comes with a high focus on business bottom lines.

He has extensive experience in leading global, multicultural teams. A natural coach, he became a Professional Certified Coach by ICF and brings in coaching aspects to his leadership style. He has successfully led teams to perform to their true potential. Vikas has been coaching Executives at all levels, He is compassionate and is gifted with building trust which enables his coachees to be open and hence achieve transformative changes in their lives. His positive demeanor and a strong intuitive power help him dig deeper and help his coachees achieve their goals with ease.

He comes with a strong belief that people have a huge potential which usually remains untapped and aims at helping them find their blind spots and support them reach their next level. He brings in his years of rich & diverse corporate experience to back his coaching skills and natural intuition. Vikas has also been training and facilitating at the organizations he has worked with and has a considerable experience of conducting group facilitation. His clients over years include Business Heads, Departmental Heads, and start-up promoters. He also has experience in Life coaching on relationship issues. He is socially responsible and coaches pro-bono for GAP (Global Action against Poverty). He also coaches Senior ranked executives at UNICEF, Asia.
